How do I open a trading account?
Select Open Account, complete registration and use the client portal to create an MT4 account from an administrator-enabled group.
Can I have more than one MT4 account?
Yes. The maximum number is configured for each client, and every account keeps its own login, group, balance and trading history.
Where are orders executed?
Orders are opened, modified and closed through MetaTrader 4 or the configured WebTerminal. The client portal is used for monitoring and requests.
Which MT4 groups can I select?
Only groups added to the local database and enabled by an administrator are presented during account creation.
How do deposit and withdrawal requests work?
Choose the relevant MT4 account, submit the request and follow its status from Recent Requests and realtime notifications.
