Important contractual distinction
These website terms do not replace the client agreement, order-execution terms, fee schedule, product disclosure, privacy notice, AML requirements or any jurisdiction-specific document accepted during account opening.
01Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using the 7Q Financial Service website or client area, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or its interactive features.
These terms apply to website browsing, registration, support messages, document uploads, account requests and other general digital functions. Additional terms apply when you enter into a client relationship or use a connected trading service.
Where a conflict exists between these terms and a more specific signed or accepted client document, the more specific client document will govern the relevant subject matter.
02Operator and key definitions
- Operator, we, us or our
- The legal entity identified in the relevant client or website disclosure and operating under the 7Q Financial Service brand.
- Website
- The public pages, client area, forms, interfaces and related web-based services made available under the brand.
- Client area
- The authenticated workspace used for profile, request, document, notification and MT4 account-related functions.
- MT4 services
- Services and data associated with the connected MetaTrader 4 environment, including accounts, balances, orders, positions and symbols.
- User or you
- Any visitor, registered user, client, authorised representative or person accessing the website.
- Content
- Text, graphics, software, data, market information, documents, designs and other material presented through the website.
03Eligibility and authority
You may use the website only if you have the legal capacity to do so and your use is permitted in your location. Trading and account services are not offered to persons who are below the applicable minimum age or who are located in a restricted jurisdiction.
If you act for a company, trust, partnership or another person, you represent that you have valid authority to bind that party and provide instructions on its behalf. We may request evidence of authority at any time.
- You must not misrepresent your identity, residence, authority or purpose.
- You are responsible for checking whether access to the website or services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- Website availability in a country does not by itself mean that every product or service is offered there.
04Registration, profile information and account access
Information submitted during registration or verification must be accurate, complete and kept current. We may rely on the information provided when administering the relationship, performing verification and routing requests.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access information, using a secure device and notifying support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Activity performed through an authenticated session may be treated as authorised until we receive and process a credible security notice.
Do not share account passwords, one-time codes or payment-card security information. Support personnel should not ask you to disclose a complete password.
05Website and client-area functionality
The website may provide information about markets, account types, MT4 functionality and support processes. The client area may allow users to submit requests, review statuses, access permitted account information and communicate with the support team.
Features may vary by account group, jurisdiction, verification status, technical integration and administrator configuration. A feature shown on a public page is not necessarily available to every user or account.
06No investment advice, recommendation or performance promise
Unless expressly agreed in a separate regulated advisory arrangement, website content is general information and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, experience or risk tolerance.
Market commentary, educational material, examples, calculators and illustrations are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold or enter any transaction. Historical results, simulated results and examples do not predict future performance.
Before trading, review the Risk Disclosure and decide whether the product, leverage and potential loss are appropriate for you. Seek independent professional advice where necessary.
07Market data, prices and informational content
Prices, charts, market data, symbol examples, availability statements and calculations may be delayed, indicative, incomplete or supplied by third parties. Information displayed on the website is not necessarily the executable price or the complete contractual specification for a trading instrument.
The connected MT4 environment, the selected account group and the applicable symbol specification are the authoritative sources for account-specific trading conditions, subject to the client agreement.
08Electronic requests and instructions
Forms and client-area actions may be used to submit requests, but a submission is not necessarily accepted, completed or effective at the moment it is sent. A request may require verification, administrator approval, payment-provider confirmation or additional information.
You must review all details before submitting an instruction. We may reject, delay, reverse or request clarification where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorised, technically invalid, potentially fraudulent or contrary to law or account terms.
09Deposits, withdrawals, charges and currency conversion
Deposit and withdrawal methods, processing times, limits, charges and required evidence may vary by provider, jurisdiction and account status. A displayed method is subject to availability and successful verification.
Payments may be returned to the original funding source where required. Third-party payments, mismatched ownership, unclear transaction references or requests involving restricted jurisdictions may be refused or delayed. Currency conversion may result in additional costs or rate differences.
Any fees, spreads, swaps, commissions or other account charges that apply to trading are governed by the relevant account conditions and symbol specifications rather than these website terms.
10Prohibited and restricted conduct
You must use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not harm the operator, other users, service providers or the integrity of connected systems.
- Attempting unauthorised access, bypassing security, probing vulnerabilities or interfering with website operation.
- Using bots, scrapers or automated tools in a way that creates excessive load, extracts protected content or breaches an access restriction.
- Submitting false, misleading, forged, stolen or unlawfully obtained information or documents.
- Using the service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, market abuse or any other unlawful activity.
- Impersonating another person, opening accounts for undisclosed third parties or using an account without authority.
- Uploading malicious code, unlawful content, confidential third-party information or material that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Misusing support channels through threats, harassment, spam or repeated abusive submissions.
11Ownership and permitted use of content
The website, its design, software, original text, graphics, brand elements and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the website for personal or internal business purposes connected with the services. You may not reproduce, sell, license, modify, frame, republish or create derivative products from protected content without written permission, except where law expressly permits.
Third-party names, logos, platform marks and content remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted by implication.
12Third-party services and external links
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, MT4, payment, verification, communications, market-data, analytics or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for an independent third party’s website, content, security or decisions merely because a link or integration is made available. You should review the third party’s terms before using its service.
13Availability, maintenance and modification
We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous operation. Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, cyber incidents, market events, software updates or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
We may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, service improvement or commercial reasons. Where a change materially affects an existing client right, the applicable client agreement and law will determine the notice required.
14Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general content are provided on an “as available” basis without an implied warranty that information is complete, current, fit for a particular purpose or free from all errors or harmful components.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from general website use, including loss of opportunity, data, reputation or anticipated profit.
Liability relating to trading execution, account balances, funds, orders or regulated services is governed by the specific client agreement and mandatory law, not by a general website disclaimer.
15Restriction, suspension and termination of access
We may restrict or suspend website or client-area access where reasonably necessary to investigate security concerns, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, misuse, inaccurate information, unpaid obligations or a breach of applicable terms.
Termination of website access does not automatically extinguish rights or obligations that arose earlier. Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, risk, liability, records, disputes and amounts due may continue to apply.
16Governing law, complaints and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum for a client relationship are stated in the applicable client agreement. For visitors without a client agreement, the governing law will be the law applicable to the website operator, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
Before starting formal proceedings, you should contact support or use the Complaints Procedure so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting a competent regulator, ombudsman, data-protection authority or court where you have a lawful right to do so.
17Changes, severability and entire understanding
We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or technical changes. The revised terms apply from the date shown on this page, unless a different effective date is stated or mandatory notice is required.
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
These terms, together with documents expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire understanding about general website use. They do not replace account-specific contracts.
